There’s just something in KP’s riding that has me inthralled everytime I see a new edit. Weather it was back in the day at the tenter age of 19 destroying everything insight on Road Fools 8 or this most recent Empire Web Video he never ceases to amaze me with his own form of tech and original moves. Smooth street lines, no foot can crank-flips and backwards manuals galore are just some of the reasons why KP has always been such an big inspiration on my riding.

Subtly mixing classic vintage bike design with the occasional ridiculous build ‘Bishops Path Racers‘ has it all. Take for example the above with a frame the separates at the seat tube and in effect creates negative clearance… I’m still getting my head round that one. Formed in 2009 by a group of New Zealand bike enthusiast in a garage on Bishop Street, Christchurch. They are dedicated to restoring and building custom Path Racers for all to enjoy.

Hopps is a 100% skater owned and operated apparel/skate company based out of america. Viewing skateboarding as a form of artistic expressions it goes without saying that they’re going to have great commercials. Mr. Mannog is the director behind the latest short. Market leaders, trends setters, free thinkers or what ever else you may call them, Lakai are always seem to take a lighters more comedic approach on all their commercials, ‘The Twizzler’ is no exception. Directors Johannes Gamble  and Federico Vitetta using the same techniques as Carroll’s Hangover Flip joined forces to create Spike Jones new trick ‘The Twizzler’. Combining a simple idea with amazing visual effects always produces the most stunning outcomes.

Mad air’s, high speed, two wheel tire slides and Kevin Porter with backside boneless variations that still have me puzzled even after replaying it at least 5 times. All this and more over at defgrip in their exclusive Empire Bowl Jam video.
